Travel Quote Request - What You Should Know

The quote request is an important process!  It's used to safeguard your account and is the only authorization we use to book with suppliers and carriers.  The quote is also used to further safeguard your account against unauthorized charges so please be sure all information submitted is accurate and that you follow the instructions provided when filling out your quote, carefully.

It is necessary to know that before we can provide any travel-related assistance we must obtain a quote from you, first, which can be accessed exclusively from our website using the following link:  https://travel.ivirtuassist.com/quote-request/

Before filling out a quote request, please remember the following:

  • We are unable to waive quote request fees, so it is important to notify your agent as soon as possible if you notice any errors before the quote has been generated, typically before 24-hours has expired.  After a quote has been generated, you will need to submit a new quote request to make any changes, which is a requirement that cannot be waived.  However, if changes are required due to an iVirtuAssist Travel error, we will regenerate the correct quote for no additional charge
     
  • All quote request fees are non-refundable and cannot be applied towards any other account or service.  This requirement cannot be waived
     
  • Invoices for all quotes are due upon receipt and must be paid in advance before a quote can be generated (no exceptions)
     
  • Please ensure the information submitted is as accurate as possible - Each time a quote request requires a change, you will need to submit a new, updated request
