Overview of Virtual Business Assistance

How iVirtuAssist's Virtual Assistance Service Works

The virtual assistant services we offer are reserved (solely) for business use and are not currently offered to the general public.  We are not a staffing agency but a "boutique" virtual business where we specialize in providing high-touch "white-glove" service to all of our clients.

Before we enter into any agreements with our clients, we carefully assess all work requests, in advance, to ensure it is within the scope of service we provide.  We never over-promise and under deliver!  All clients who use our service typically have fast-paced operations and have experience working with independent contractors.

Whenever you use our virtual assistance services its handled much differently than any other service we provide, such as our travel support.  Our virtual business services are directly billed and processed by iVirtuAssist and governed by a contract (Statement of Work).

All services we provide are performed virtually, from our satellite office, as an independent contractor; we do not provide on-site services of any kind.

If you are interested in using our virtual assistant services, the following is a summary of next steps and what to expect:

  1. First Step: Submit a quote on our corporate website using the following link: https://ivirtuassist.com/quote-request/

*Watch your email after submitting your quote because we will contact you with next steps, including scheduling a web conference to discuss rates, scope of work, and other tailoring to meet your business needs.

**IMPORTANT NOTE: If you do not hear from us after submitting your quote request, please check your email spam folder or send an email to support@ivirtuassist.com.  Alternatively, you have the option of submitting a support request, thru our Support Web, at support.ivirtuassist.com.

  2. Second Step:  Meet with Your Virtual Assistant

Your virtual assistant will discuss your business with you during the web conference.  Web conference sessions typically last for 1-hour but we can take as long as you need to better understand how we can help your business work.  At the conclusion of this meeting, the Statement of Work terms will be finalized, and access will be granted to our secure portal to execute documents and authorize billing.

Final Phase - Virtual Assistant Onboarding

After all contracts and agreements are executed, we will work with you to begin integrating iVirtuAssist into your existing business operations.  During this phase, we will learn how to do the job using either your established workflows or by your existing staff members as agreed.  Billing will resume per the terms outlined in the Statement of Work and you’ll have access to your agent in accordance with agreed upon terms.
